Used rewards points for a free premium side, but it doesnt allow you to pick which one, so I deleted it, but it didnt give me back the points. THEIR APP IS DEFECTIVE, so why should I lose 600 points?

I didnt bother placing the order, because I was so POd. I probably wont order JJ anytime in the near future.

Don't bother! They could care less
I ordered 2 sandwiches. Both were made wrong.
My order was $31 before tax and delivery. I was offered a bag of chips or cereal bar as compensation for the whole order being wrong. My sandwich was more lettuce than anything. My husband's sandwich we added pickles, there was 2 pickles on the whole sandwich.
Neither sandwich had mayo or mustard.
My sandwich was supposed to have vinegar and oil. I will definitely not be ordering from the Jimmy John's in O'Fallon MO on Waterbury Rd again!

I have been saying something to the associates, which included managers, to no avail. I don't see that it will be fixed anytime soon. I have been going to Capriaties, which is close to Jimmy John's
I have been going to this Jimmy John's for several years now. I was there on 03/10/26.
I placed an online order with our names as requested. There was one name on one sub that you could barely read. This had been an ongoing problem with names being put on the correct sub order.
I have talked with them about this in person and even called on the carryout order when I got home to no avail. I also tried to load the store address on the JJ site and didn't recognise the store address.

- Half of the signage lights are out for at least three years
- No consistency with marking the subs

yesterday (4/15) there was a promotion that was online only and required a promo code to be entered. when it came time to pay there was no where to put in the promo code, so i went to the store to ask about what was going on and if they were honoring it in store.there were people asking at the drive through as well as them recieving calls about it.
i asked if they were going to honor the promotion,there was much confusion and no effort to satisfy my question,my wife and i are big fans of your sandwiches and certainly love when a good deal comes along but felt the store could have done better.
i left a little pissed off about it! thank you

Last 2 orders I have requested mayo and mustard packets. Both times they have been forgotten.
Sandwich not cut, hard to pull apart. Ruins my lunch when I do not have the sauce requested. I do not enjoy a dry sandwich. Sorry to message; I never do this.

I haven't been receiving my rewards points for 2 recent orders and I called the store to speak with a manager about it and the first manager didn't know what to say or do about my missing rewards points but did ask if I am using my correct phone number. REALLY???
Then she transferred me to a supposed 2nd manager and this unprofessional rude employee tried to accuse me of giving an incorrect phone number as well. No accountability and just blaming the customer as they steal my rewards points.
These franchises think they can do whatever they want and not be accountable or offer any assistance into looking into the issue. On to the BBB to report my complaint about this franchise stealing rewards points,

I called their corporate office and was given an apology and that they would give me a free sandwich and would send my feedback to the manager of the place.
She told the worker at Jimmy John's. My friend even had them repeat it, and she said she didn't add any cheese. They have something blocking you, so you can't see them making the food. When I got the sandwich, I looked to double check if it had cheese.
It was buried in a stack of lettuce. I could only see the cheese once I bit into the sandwich and ate some bites. I'm beyond mad, because there is no medicine or anything I can take if I consume dairy. I'm hoping and praying I don't get sick.
Save yourself trouble and never eat there again. I definitely won't.

Order to number 12 with extra hot peppers. Which is usually like eight peppers on it.
The knucklehead who made the sandwich soaked it in pickled hot pepper juice and packed it with hot peppers. You just kind of assume you get what you ordered through the drive-thru so I took off in about 5 mi down the road I took my first bite of the pickled hot pepper wet bread slurry. I'm just asking for a refund for the cost of the sandwich but Jimmy John's can't even be bothered to get back to me.
So they'll lose my money going forward. I'll find someplace else to eat.

I called to complain about a sandwich order that was soaked with jalapeno pickle juice. I asked for extra peppers and the sandwich was completely covered in peppers and pickle juice.
Which was a rather rude surprise when it's dark out and I'm driving.
I literally had to scrape out hot peppers with my finger so it was at least somewhat edible. I don't know if somebody was trying to do a prank or thought they were funny but I need to be refunded or given a sandwich voucher.

- - Jimmy John's on 923 Broadway had two kissing employees behind building.
- - The staff didn't greet; they barely spoke; bagged ready order with attitude.
Jimmy johns at 923 Broadway Blvd, Kansas City, MO. When I pulled in, 2 of the employees were making out behind the building, where there is a bench.
The person supposed to take my order didn't even greet me or ask for me to give him an order. I could here him talking but barely. I said ",hello" and told him I could barely hear him and he said he wasn't talking to me. I asked if I could order and his response was "Im waiting on you!" After ordering he repeated the order in a very condescending way.
I pull up to the window, pay and he makes me wait for the order for 8 minutes, which is already prepared and finished. He then throws the order in the bag with an attitude and gives me side eye. He doesn't say have a good day or anything. I wonder how this will affect business here.
He is the worst employee I've ever had to deal with here. And the 2 employees holding each other and kissing, while people pull in is not a good look for the company

I went to the Jimmy John's in Sunset Hills, MO (3751 South Lindbergh). Huge mistake!
I ordered a sandwich, which was made in the most awful, slipshod, unappetizing manner humanly possible. I took one look at the sandwich (never took a bite out of it, I might add), and took it back to the counter, asking for a new sandwich, or at least some improvement over the one they gave me. I must also add that I never raised my voice, and was very professional about the whole thing. The manager was extremely rude, and in so many words, basically told me to go *** myself.
I also requested a refund, which was denied. Needless to say, I won't go back.
