Disgusted with your "dime bag" marketing theme

I couldn't believe it when I saw your new marketing campaign online promoting a "deliciously *** dime bag." Is your corporate leadership and marketing group so deaf as to not know how dangerous and insulting it is to promote a drug culture created phrase to sell some sandwiches? Have any of you ever lost a family member, friend, co-worker, etc. to the "dime bag culture?" I seriously doubt it. The drug culture has infiltrated our general culture in ways that have forever damaged it and now JJ is a participant too. Needless to say, I won't be patronizing your business any longer.

Hello,

I used my Jimmy Johns app to order my favorite sandwich and was expecting freaky fast CURBSIDE service! I tipped 25% because Jimmy Johns is amazing and I always have great service.

I waited in my car for over 15 minutes before walking into the store to see what was going on with my order. I was parked right in front so I was watching the team while waiting and I saw them just sitting on the counter on their phone. When I walked in the order was just sitting on the pickup counter and they never marked that it was completed because I was tracking it the whole time. I asked the associate to refund my tip because I tipped for freaky fast service CURBSIDE service but he said he couldnt do it without his manager but that his manager would be back shortly and hed make sure he refunded it.

I went down the street and started eating my #15 CLUB TUNA, that wasnt cut in half like requested, but guess what? It had NO TUNA or AVOCADO which was an extra charge. I also asked for sliced pickles, mayo packets, and napkin but none of that was included either. Im used to them forgetting to cut the sandwich in half or include the napkins but Im literally appalled by the fact that an associate forgot the protein and the item that was an extra charge(avocado).

It gets worse. I went back to the store to get a refund and new sandwich but the manager immediately stated that they have no more bread then just looked at me dumbfounded as I presented my tuna-less/avocado-less sandwich explained what what was wrong! He didnt offer any solutions or apologies.They were just looking at me like I was speaking a foreign language! I had to ask for a refund, I had to ask if they knew who made the sandwich so they can address the issue with the employee, and I had to ask if they had already refunded my tip which they didnt because the associate said he had t told the manager yet.

When I got the order I saw 2 associates, both young boys Im assuming the one that the shorter boy made the sandwich because the taller one, with the purple beanie, that was on the register didnt move from the counter he was sitting at. When I came back to complain I saw the taller boy that was on the register, the manager and a female associate. The female associate showed the manager how to void the transaction and communicated with me that the total amount charged would be refunded and she stated that she knew who made my sandwich. She seemed to know more then the manager!

They had 4 people(friends) in the store and it seemed like they were hanging out waiting for the store to close so they can go out to party. It seems pretty convenient that they ran out of bread before 8pm on a Friday night and theyre supposed to close at 10pm. I honestly feel like they threw the bread out so they can leave early. Im really annoyed because I love Jimmy Johns and I know this situation doesnt reflect your culture.

This sandwich was my dinner before an overnight work shift and it was really disappointing that I couldnt eat what I was craving. If the manager/team had apologized and tried ANYTHING to make it right I wouldnt feel this way.

I placed an online order on February 24 and happened that store was closed. Since that day I reached out to Corporate office / Customer Service and has passed almost two month and the store has not refund my money. FBC supposed to give me a call as the owner / manager of the store and no one has reached out to me so far. I ended stopping to the store few days ago and employee could not even give me a response for my refund. No one has took care of my complaint, no even give me the option to prepare the order that I already paid and never was delivered because the store was closed.

Location of Jimmy Johns was on 29 North 36th Street. Came in for a Italian hoagie with no cucumbers. Manager said just get a #9. Thats not what I wanted. I asked for extra onions and the worker forgot my onions. The owner proceeded to tell me that they only allowed a certain amount. He proceeded to tell me {get the *** out of his store several times. I have never been so insulted in my life. Just humiliating.

Gift card issue

My problem has not been solved. This process is a joke. I have not been contacted. Putting gift cards on their app for purchases is a joke. I have two gift cards on the app but neither of them will cover the price of a sandwich. They won't partially apply. Looks like it is a scam. Fraud is a better name.

Gift card issue

I have 2 gift cards loaded onto the JJ app. Neither of the balances were enough to cover the balance due. The app won't apply the balance on the card to my order. Am I supposed to lose these balances?

YOU ARE HORRIBLE. you pay your drivers nothing, can’t keep them, sometimes IF you have one, there on a bike in the pouring rain, yet you advertise quick delivery.

2 hour wait for order - twice!

The last two orders we have placed with Jimmy Johns in Elgin, IL (50 S. Grove St) have had unacceptable delivery times.

One time, okay. Twice - unacceptable! The first order was placed on October 14th (#218413****244****) We placed the order at 12:29 p.m. and did not receive it until just before 2 p.m.

The second order, placed yesterday, November 18th, (#226546****890****) was placed at 1:04 p.m. and not delivered until 2:50 p.m.!! I called and was given an attitude that they're busy and the order is out with many others for delivery. I said I wish I would have been contacted as I have a senior who needs to eat with medicine.

(I took care of them) but I would have canceled or picked-up had I known. The response I received was there is no time to call people. Prior to these orders, we have been called as they canceled our order due to not having a delivery person.

That's $116.03 total between the two orders - I won't make that mistake again! Now we and our guests know Jimmy Johns is too busy for our business.
