The worker at the store in Santa fe n.m.was very disrespectful refused help didn't answer questions but help the white boy completely that was before me the worker was very prejudice towards me I can't believe your company hires people with that mindset I am a retired police officer 22 yrs Oklahoma city 17 yr veteran also 17 yr member of the naacp I promise we will let everyone know also if I have a case I will file charges that person has no business in customer service I just can't believe your company hires those kinds of people

This isn't the first time this location has marked something out for delivery, and it hasn't even left the store. This time is a topper though; the order was marked out for delivery the same minute the order was placed.

I only order when I don't have time to run out for lunch so that I can run down to grab it. This pretty much defeats the purpose of delivery.

I was having trouble redeeming my free chips after 2 PM. Andrew was nice enough to give me a bag of chips even though he couldn't put it in the system.

I just wanted to say thank you. The sandwich was amazing and both him and Matt are awesome.

Jimmy John's Advertising is Misleading Advertising,you never get what you ordered

My order was cancelled by mistake, and I wasn't able to receive my order when I went to pick it up. I am very disappointed with their coupon deals and special offers; it's all misleading advertising.

There's an extra charge on pickles. They never ask you what you want on your sandwich either.

Ive been a loyal Jimmy Johns customer for years, and my family has always loved the food and service at various locations. Unfortunately, our recent experience at this independently owned franchise was so disappointing that we will never return.

As a retired Army veteran who was wounded in Iraq, I have always appreciated businesses that value and respect their customers.

Sadly, the general manager at this location failed to do so. Upon arriving, I politely asked to use the restroom before making a purchase. Not only was I denied access, but the general manager was also incredibly rude, going so far as to threaten to call the police on me.

This treatment was unacceptable, especially as it came before I even had the chance to place an order. Its disheartening to encounter such a lack of understanding and respect, particularly from someone in a position of leadership.

Taking care of customersespecially those who have sacrificed for our countryshould be a cornerstone of any business.

I hope the owners of this franchise will take note and ensure their management is held to higher standards of professionalism and customer service. To anyone reading this, I encourage you to think twice before visiting this location.

A few reasons

A man named Shawn Wilson works at your store located at 7325 W Taft #108, Wichita, KS and, I believe, recently worked at 3300 N Rock Rd, Wichita, KS. He has been taking pictures of people's credit cards and using them later.

He has a pen that has a camera on it and has talked about getting glasses with a camera as well. He also steals food and sells it half price under the table. The reason he isn't getting into any trouble or being fired is because he is dating his manager, Kyonna Jones, who works at the same stores. I ended up leaving there because of the favoritism shown and her harassment.

He received more hours and despite his thefts, she turned a blind eye. I even witnessed her putting food for which she didn't pay into her car. They go to the bathroom together and *** which is gross and not at all professional. She has had sex with a total of three guys who work there and forgets the rest of us, so I quit.

Shawn couldn't even talk to me at work about work-related issues because she would get upset and call me derogatory names.

She shouldn't be working there, and neither should he. When I brought it to the attention of the store manager, the issue was swept under the rug and nothing was done about it.

Jimmy Johns have ignored these concerns.It is obvious that treating customers like dirt is their way of doing things.All I wanted was an apology. Nothing more, nothing less.But to make customers feel unsafe and unwelcome seems to be their preferred way of doing things.I would avoid Jimmy Johns and go somewhere else if you want be treated like a human being.

I went in to order a #13 Jimmy Cubano. I told the cashier that I did not want the bread gutted, but they did not relay this information.

There was zero communication with the other staff. When the order arrived and I saw it was already gutted, I politely asked them to fix the order. They got defensive and said that's how it's always made, something they could have told me upfront and without aggression.

They remade the order while giving me a death stare. I'm not sure I feel safe returning to this store.

Harrassment

I am reaching out to formally address a pattern of harassment and discrimination I have experienced in the workplace. Despite addressing these concerns with my immediate supervisor, the issue has persisted and escalated, causing me considerable distress and fear for my personal safety.

For an extended period, I have been subjected to derogatory language and behavior by a specific coworker.

This individual recently directed abusive language towards me, including calling me disparaging names related to my age and race, in the presence of other employees, guests, and management. When I raised this behavior with my supervisor, their response was to dismiss my concerns, even resorting to shouting and instructing me to leave the premises, which I find both unprofessional and discriminatory.

Moreover, I am aware of additional incidents where this coworker has created a hostile work environment for others, supported by evidence I have gathered, including text messages demonstrating harassment in group settings.

However, management has consistently failed to take appropriate disciplinary action, which I believe reflects favoritism and a concerning tolerance of harassment in the workplace.

The nature of this ongoing harassment has affected my sense of security at work. I am informed that this coworker has a history of substance misuse, and I am genuinely concerned about potential retaliation.

I requested an immediate investigation into this matter from the store owner and GM and still no response to handling this matter.

It doesn't matter what her job was and where it was, no one deserves to be treated like that. The behavior described is unprofessional and probably illegal. You sound like someone unemployed.

I've been to this Coon Rapids, Minnesota location many times, but during two of my most recent visits, these employees decided to override the posted hours and locked the doors, shutting off half of the lights. Three sandwich artists were goofing off in there and looked at me as if I was a fool for trying to come in.

By then, it was soggy and I asked for extra vegetables which were not there. Also, there was barely any meat.

Injury to customer at store #1815

Hello, My name is Rennee Stockmar. Yesterday, April 24th 2024 I went into jimmy johns store #1815 in Parker Colorado with my son to pick up an online order.

My son and I were filling up out drinks. When I reached for a lid above the soda machine where the metal shelf sits, I hit my right arm on the metal edging and it ripped open my arm. I immediately saw pearl white tissue (tendon). I then looked at my son and said oh no, this is bad.

It then began bleeding and I asked for a napkin and said I cut myself on your machine." There were two ladies behind the desk and one said yes right there. Due to the injury I was bleeding everywhere. I got blood on the napkins and table and floor. The two ladies started cleaning and removing the dirty napkins without asking or talking to me.

My son was crying cause I was hurt. Because I did not get any help during the incident, I grabbed the food, drinks and left. No one asked me if I was ok, if I needed help, needed a bandaid, nothing. I left and went to the ER.

I received 10 stitches after waiting for 4.5 hours in the waiting room.

I went today to see if the manager was aware at the location of the incident. When I asked for the manager, a gentleman came and said he was. I told him the situation and he stated oh yes, the lady you saw last night was the assistant manager and she told me about it this morning. We talked about it and we made sure the machine was properly cleaned and that the stuff went through the dishwasher.

I informed him that I was not there to ensure proper sanitation. I was there to ensure a manager was aware of the situation and to inform them of the lack of care or compassion for a customer. The manager then looked at me and said well what would you have wanted us to do? Call 911?

I mean we have a first aid kit back here? Like, what did you want? We cleaned up the blood. Are you ok?

Like im sorry this happened. But are you ok? I then said I am shocked that a manager or even assistant manager did not even acknowledge the situation. Did not ask for my information to ensure it was followed up on or the fact that I was not even offered support.

I told him that I wanted to also make sure that the shelves got addressed due to them being metal and sharp and that this could happen to someone else. He told me, no one has hurt themselves on that. This sort of thing doesnt happen. Like its not a serious thing.

Its not a big deal and youre ok, right? Like youre ok. Its not a serious issue

This is NOT OK!!

I told the manager that I am upset that now I have medical bills, the lack of care or empathy on the stores part.

I am disappointed that the managers are not taking this seriously. THAT this injury is not a big deal.

I am reaching out to make sure this gets acknowledged and addressed. Due to the lack of care or seriousness from the store I am not going to let this Go and am seeking someone to get back to me asap.

I will be reaching out daily to ensure I hear from someone.

Please get back to me. If I dont hear back I will have my lawyer reach out.

You still haven't indicated what you are looking for, i.e. a gift card, for the JJ to pay your medical bills, give you $1 million dollars, what????

BTW: if you really have an attorney, you would know that he/she would tell you do not communicate with the store, did not communicate with their legal team. As a former personal injury paralegal, that is the first thing I told people who called in explaining their situation, if the situation warranted an attorney.

I ordered from jimmy Johns yesterday before heading on a 3 hour drive. I always order your sandwiches when I have long commutes because theyre easy to eat.

My sandwich yesterday was horrible!!!

Barely cut in half, cheese not even on the bread, and everything was falling out.

I was so so disappointed. If Im going to spend $9 on a sandwich, the quality should not be this horrible.

I would like a refund for this huge inconvenience

Order wrong and didn't get my points being areward member

I was in Frisco, Texas, and the man who took my order was nice but he seemed as though he was new or really didn't understand what to do. I ordered three sandwiches and he asked if I was a reward member and I said yes.

While placing the order, I told him I wanted a #6, a tuna on wheat, and a Turkey Tom. Another guy had to assist him in ringing it up, but it still didn't help. He gave me one veggie and two turkey sandwiches with cheese. I ordered two soft drinks and two desserts, along with chips, which came to 44 dollars.

I had just arrived in Texas by plane so I was extremely hungry and tired. I didn't get to eat because I had ordered a tuna sandwich. When I checked my reward points, there was nothing added. I have my receipt, but I'm very disgusted.

I would like to speak to someone about this because it almost felt intentional. Thank you.

Customer service didn't even answer.

Stay away from the Madison Ave Covington KY store. I'll never order again.

Hi this is Christina Richards and I was going to go eat today at jimmy Johns and a employee come out and said to me are you Derrick Richards mom I said yes I am why i was not going there to do anything out calls any trouble for anybody I was just going there to eat yes my son did date destiny Collins but I have not bug her and I have no reason to and why she would think that it is very uncalled for I will never eat there again I did not appreciate some employee coming to my car before I was going to get out to go in and eat and telling me to keep it civil when I was not going to do anything but just get something to eat for destiny to even think that I would do something when I would not do anything to her our anything but thanks I just will never come back again Christina Richards
