This has happened two times in the last couple of days. I was a employee and yesterday 11-13-2017, i was scheduled in as a driver at 12 noon.

Get a call from dave the owner saying that 12 wasnt good enough needed to be in at 11, note the i was schedule to come in at 12. Then about Ipm was called into work. Went in and Dave was there. He said that is was not a time to come in.

Then today 11-12-2017 Dave calls me at 9am just yelling at me saying that i had complaints with customers saying about tips. The only thing is that i said was if the customers liked, please leave a tip on the line and sign. I wasnt demanded tips from anyone.

The owner Dave is very rude and fired peolpe for no reason. I know it is discrimation because he hires people with tattoes and then turns around and fires them even know they were hired that way.

Never ever ever mention the tip before the customer does. In any way shape form. Almost everyone will find that rude.
