i did a double shift at work by myself so could not go out to grab lunch so my co workers and i decided to grab jimmy john of course none of us had cash on hand so we ordered seperate.I order mine first and a hour and half goes by no sandwich so I call to tell them what happened and they tell me they left the sandwich but forgot my drink i ordered and they will bring me another sandwich back I called and just said forget it because at this point I am starved and mad.. never again
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of delivery or the manager when i called and did not care about losing a customer. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of jimmy johns sandwich and associated monetary loss in the amount of $10. Jimmy Johns needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
