Was hosting a Women's Conference Saturday, 4/7/18 and ordered Jimmy John's two days before the event on Thursday, 4/5/18.

Specified address (only 2 blocks from store!!) to deliver and time (11:30AM) and asked if it would be a problem; store "reassured" me, no problem.

The day of the event, the order was delivered at 12:28PM (after I called three times), delivered to the WRONG building entrance, and once we brought the box lunches up, all the boxes and sandwiches were labeled incorrectly. Sandwiches labeled with one number were put in a box with a different number; only about 25% of the lunches even had the pickles, and one sandwich was specifically requested to have a big label for an attendee with a tomato allergy. (wrong sandwich was labeled)

I don't think this order could have been more wrong, unless it just wasn't delivered at all. First, the store manager said they would give me 50% off the order, then later said they couldn't do that, but would give me 50% off a FUTURE catering order. Why would I EVER order from them again??!?!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $737.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

Jimmy Johns Cons: Incorrectly labeled food, Incredibly late, Wrong building delivery, Poor customer service.
