I submitted an order on 8/12/13 at 12:40 pm est for delivery asap. I never received my food after an hour goes by.

I called and spoke to the manager and he told me their computer said I wanted it at 2:45 pm est. I told them my email stated asap like I requested and I can give it to him if he would like a copy. He said they would send it on the drivers next run and they will not charge me because of the inconvenience. I waited another hour and called again.

The manager said the driver told him he came out here and called me and I did not answer the phone. I told him I order their all the time and always give them my cell and he could of went to the front desk and I could of received a phone call from the receptionist but my receptionist said driver came in and delivered food for other people but not for me. The manager said he would send driver back out here to my place of work and would remake my 2 hour old sand which. The driver arrived at 3:10 pm and had nerve to ask me for $8.50 for the food.

I gave him a piece of paper showing when I placed the order and told him to give it to the manager as he requested proof. The driver had a very bad attitude and asked me for the money again. I told him no. He walked off and I called the manager back to tell him about the driver.

The manager had nerve to tell me since they brought my food back out there, they assumed I would pay this time. I told him he told me it was free.

He lied to me and said he was not the manager I talked to. I was a victim of the worse customer service ever and they did not offer any apologies for the experience I had.

its not always the drivers fault. they are not paid well at all and are not given gas money.

all they get is a 5% of sales claimed as dmr. there are shady drivers but you get that everywhere.

jimmy johns wont give free sandwiches for messups very often. they will put all theblame on drivers i used to drive for jimmy johns and so did my girlfriend

Some drivers should not be so shady. This company is known to have shady lying drivers.

As a delivery driver myself I will side with the driver, what people dont understand is that we at the end of the day are charged for every delivery we take so we cant just go around giving people free food because thats a loss out of my pocket.

Maybe some people need to be less ignorant.
