They got my order wrong and after talking 2 the general manager I would never spend another penny @ the jimmy johns in Lewiston idaho

User's recommendation: do not waste ur time or money @ Lewiston jimmy johns cause if they get ur order wrong the general manager will not try 2 make it right,he is a person who should not b a general manager for a gd sandwich shop he not fit 2 b general manager 4 a dog fight

Customer Service

Placed an order and the incorrect sandwich was delivered. They said they would arrive with the correct sandwich asap. Unfortunately, the arrived 35 minutes later and took the incorrect sandwich and said it was going to be used as "a learning tool" then thrown away. What a waste of food! You would think 1.they would have arrived quicker and 2. they incorrect sandwich would have been left and not just tossed out. Very disappointed!!

Complaint about manager

On drugs and most of the other employees are as well. Need to drug test as soon as possible. They do and make sales for drugs while at work and some drivers drive while under the influence.

I ordered an online #91262**** in River Falls, WI 54022 and I did not get the food and had already paid 37.24! They said they never received my order and there was nothing they could do. And they were very rude. The order was 9:37pm and I am sure it was because it was close to closing! This morning I called to speak to a manager they stated that I shows that I delayed the order and they could either make my food or get the money back. I was so irate and would like to be compensated with my $ back and the diner that we DID NOT GET TO EAT!

I called to have my food delivered I was told they do not deliver quite rudely in fact then asked if I would like to purchase a pick up order I replied now and then I check to see how far away I was from this particular Jimmy Johns. I am less than 4 miles away 10 minutes away I cannot understand why they will not deliver to my address it makes absolutely no sense and this is the only Jimmy Johns anywhere near me

Each location sets it own delivery area. This can be low as 3 miles in urban areas.

You may be out of that area. The max deliver is 5 miles, but stores can set it as low as 3 miles.

Bad service and bad attitude of manager

On November 30th I ordered online. My order was a #14 and a bag of normal chips and a pickle. I also ordered a Giant J.J. Gargantuan with Jimmy Jalapeno chips. I goy my order and paid. I am a rewards member and they said that it was already on there. I went home (15 miles away). When I got home neither of the bags of chips were in the bag. I called the Jimmy Johns in Freeport Il where I had picked the order up at. I spoke to Brittany who said she was the manager. When I explained she said I could return to the store that night and get them otherwise there was nothing she could do. Excuse me, I was not the one who made the mistake. I told her she could have the delivery person deliver them to me at no charge. She said she couldn't do that. I again told her it was their mistake not mine and I had paid for the chips. She then said she would put a note in office but they had to be picked up that week. Luckily I go through Freeport to visit my grandchildren so I was able to pick them up but the attitude of this person is so bad and ungrateful of customers. I will not return to the Jimmy Johns restaurant in Freeport because of her. It may not mean anything for one customer but I will make sure to pass along her name and the store and incident on social media. I have had issues at this location before but this person's attitude takes the cake.

I received awful service from the store but even worse service from the delivery driver who was very unprofessional and quite rude. I dont understand why theres so much hostility when my food was delivered to the wrong place and I was just trying to get it delivered to me since I paid for it but the manager didnt really help me and the driver was extremely rude. This isnt the first time this has happened but surely the last, I will no longer have any business with the store as there service and customer service isnt what it use to be such a shame to be treated poorly for a mistake the store made. But I do appreciate them remaking and bringing my order over an hour after I ordered even if the individuals where unprofessional after that long time I finally did receive my food and for that I am grateful. I do not recommend anybody to eat here unless you want your food sent to the wrong place then they give you excuses as to why its gotten sent to the wrong place as if you havent ordered from this Jimmy Johns for the last two years.

Sexual Harrassment. 8n appropriate relations between married district maanger and employees

Every single one of our employees knows of adulterous behavior between our district manager Kevin Taylor and Catering Director Abigail Sims. Photos to prove it have spread throughout our company. In addition he has sent text messages to other employees asking for sexual favors...and even asks employees at the interview if they are single and would consider dating him. Dozens of ,managers have fled and quit because of his nepotism and poor leadership skills.

It was less than $20 he would need to give me back. So I had to go to other consumers and buy things to break my dollars down to their policy. In cases like this it should be accepted as all places k ow how to check money now a days. Very unsatisfied with the big inconvenience and spent another 17.00 just so company that did give me change felt satisfied.

Order took forever and wasn't given correct items I ordered

I ordered my lunch a sandwich and Fountain coke and bag of Thinny Chips. My order took an hour in a half to arrive, after an hour I called and was told they are on the way. So finally driver arrives and gave me a drink that was 3/4 of the way filled and had no ice and was not what I ordered at all. My coworker also placed an order and got his items and was told his drink was in the bag and there was no drink at all.
