I'd be happy to make it up to you with a gift card! Send me your contact info and the store's info to so I can see if you are in the delivery area. I appreciate the opportunity to make it right! |
| 2. Written by Anonymous on April 18, 2011 from rochester, new york, US The service zones do occasionally change due to change in management or increased gas prices. Unfortunately, the area managers don't always tell the stores this in advance. They don't know exactly what addresses are okay and what aren't until they enter it into a computer. If their computers are anything like ours were, then if an address is out of the delivery zone it won't even let us type in the delivery order. We literally had no way to ring up a delivery order that wasn't in our zone. As for the manager, I don't know why the dumb *** didn't explain that to you when he spoke to you on the phone, sounds like he wasn't a manager at all. |
