I am pissed. I tried to get a delivery sentt to my house, because i am sick. When i tried to do this simple thing, i was told that they could not bring me my sandwich!!! They said i was not in their delivery thing when I live very close! This is an out rage! i live in Crestwood, not far from the sunset hills Jimmy Johns.

This is a good way to loose perfectly good consumers! When i tried to call my phone would not send the call, so i am left with some a**wipe teling me, THE BUYER, that I cant buy their food because i am not in their "Delivery Database" Nice work Jimmy Johns. I have the same problem with the pizza places near me. It's a little silly, but it's not done by proximity, in most cases it's based on area, it doesn't matter if you're one block away, if it's not technically the same area they aren't allowed to do it, there's nothing the employees can do about it.
