I've been in the Palatine location (Euclid & Clinton) a few times and I have to say that the food is fine but the Manager Shannon is a real WITCH. She not only called the female cashier *** a few times with customers in line, then on another day she yelled at another employee using vile swear words. This happened on more than one occasion. I know that other people in line were as appalled as I was. Please fix this piece of work you call a manager or get rid of her, if that poor cashier were my daughter, that Shannon would have her behind handed to her by me. Imagine, having to put up with that just to have a job. Shame on you Shannon. 128dc57
