My wife ordered 3 sandwiches for lunch at the Jimmy John's in Scottsdale, AZ store # 1554. As we are eating them she bit into something hard and we discovered a QUARTER in her Beach Club Sandwich! After the shock wore off, I gave my wife half my sandwich, then proceeded to take a picture of the sandwich. I then called the store and spoke to the "manager", Trevor. Trevor apologized for the "misunderstanding" (how is a quarter in a sandwich a MISUNDERSTANDING?!) and swore he had never heard of that before......never offered to replace the sandwich, refund our money, or even try to make it right. He simply apologized. Funny part is, we were at a mom's group picnic, so I now know there are over 12 families no longer frequenting Jimmy Johns. It was not because of the quarter, but the lack of customer service from Trevor. Nice job, great customer service, awesome sandwich, and you wonder where the customers go? 128dc1c
