I just wanted to acknowledge a fact that I found out last night after having Jimmy Johns delivered to my home in Lake Geneva. They tell me they won't deliver to my home anymore because I live in Lake Como. Altough my address is Lake Geneva. I am 5 1/2 miles away from the store and in the same town and they will not deliver to me again. I will probably not eat there again because of it which is a shame because where I work we order alot from this particular location but their buisness most be booming seeing they are turning down orders. I think that's a bunch of BS I do not live that far from the store. Was wondering if anyone else has a complaint of this nature

I no longer eat Jimmmy Johns because they would decide what days they where willing to deliver to my house. I work from home and frequently get items delivered for lunch (I tip well $5) and they started refusing my orders. Now I drive to potbellys just as a big FU to jimmy johns so... FU Jimmy johns

I had a new JJ built by my house and was told I'm not in the delivery area....1.7 miles away...so I say *** JIMMY JOHNS!

5.5 miles from their location means the delivery guy/girl will be spending approximately 20 minutes away from the store (10 minutes each way). That is far too long for a company that is based around speed. I suggest looking for a JJ's closer to your location, but unfortunately it's what delivery companies have to do.

They keep their delivery area small in order to ensure fast delivery times. It is how the brand was built.
