Update: 10/14. A regional manager called to offer his apologies. I was given a $30 gift certificate, which is not something I was looking for. All I was looking for was an apology and them saying that they will make it right, which they did. After they made it right I will continue to go to Jimmy Johns but I'm still a little leery about delivery.

I ordered six subs on 9/9/11 from Jimmy Johns in Germantown WI". The order was placed at 1226 pm/. After 1 hour I finally called Jimmy Johns and was told they were running behind and they were short staffed?. The manager also told me that it would be arriving shortly!. After 1+15 minutes the order finally arrived?. I checked the order and it was wrong, they had put mayo on a sandwich when I specifically told them not to,. I called up Jimmy Johns again and they said they would send another sandwich out as soon as they can/. After 30 more minutes (which means I didn't get my sandwich for almost 2 hours) it finally arrived.. The manager could only say "we were short staffed" or "I'll get the sandwich out to you as soon as a driver returns"...no apologies or nothing. I will never ever order from them again. Subway or Cousins can have my business. 128d955

I have to totally disagree with your problem with the Germantown store. I ordered from them yesterday and I received my order within 10 minutes from when I called the store. My order was correct and tasted awesome!
