This gourmet sandwich maker claims that they can't put sprouts on the side because (that would be too much customization and it slows down the line)... my family spends about 38 bucks each time we go... I'm sure they could accomodate but NOOOO.... they had a managers meeting and said no more veggie customizations. I didn't get the memo.

Their reason: it slows up the line... Let me tell you, there were no other customers behind us. place was empty. Wonder why?

We walked out, not because of the sprouts, but because of bad attitudes and terrible customer service. screw jimmy johns - i went to taco bell that night - less money and they don't mind to customize. I'm full now and happy ... Happy now, Jimmy Johns? Happy? 128d908

They can't make sandwich's for ***. They always mess up. The company has a bad attitude towards customers. Gave us two free sandwich's for messing up so bad every time. Whooo hoo I mean corporate had to call and make this guy do something. Oh and when he called me he was a *** and never use delivery they will customize it for sure wink!

Their website it terrible. Tried setting up the online ordering that many of my friends have used - alas when I get to select a location it completely fails to process properly. "Online Ordering PICKUP order minimums may vary per location." What the *** does that mean? When I select my nearest location (not having put in anything about the size of my order, etc...) it times out and never moves along to the next screen.

Oh and the Jimmy Johns employee above... it's my kid that wants the sprouts on the side - I don't know why.

I'm so sorry that we didn't give you what you wanted. It's nothing personal, we are happy to customize and leave the sprouts off if you do not want them. What is the reason for wanting them on the side? If you ever get a craving for the JJ, come back and see us!
