I visited the JJ store near work multiple times. Food is great. Service is poor". During my last visit, they put way too much mayo on my sandwiches when I asked for light mayo/. The Assistant MGR was inattentive and rude?. She basically told me that it would be easier for her and me if she gave me a mayo packet!. At that point, I asked for a refund?. I reported the incident and spoke with the franchise owner'. The franchise owner was aloof and unreceptive to what I reported/said and implied I can take my business elsewhere because one complaint does not bother him or his store'. The franchise owner is a ***?. Moreover, my debit card has yet to be refunded. 128d834
