You have no way of knowing that the owner or the people answering the phone know, or care, that your company is Japanese owned. By turning what could have been a simple issue, you have now given it a whole new aspect which is completely unfair to the company and YOUR employees. There are many things to keep in mind with asking for delivery, and boundaries are one of them. Also think about access; is there a gate around your company? Is there a main door that they can easily get to? Is it possible that someone had ordered from there before and done something to "black list" your location? I completely understand that you feel unjustly treated, but please do some research before you start accusing others of being racist. |
