I recently moved to Onalaska, WI and was excited to see that there was a Jimmy John's in my area. When living in Eau Claire, WI, I have always gotten prompt, friendly service from them, with delicious sandwiches. Tonight I ordered from the restaurant in Onalaska and was mildly disappointed when they forgot to bring my drinks. The driver said he would be back shortly once he finished the rest of his deliveries, and it's been 45 minutes and he still has not been back as I type this paragraph. I called back the restaurant and asked if they would throw in an extra soda for the trouble, to which they stuttered and replied that it is not their policy to give away free stuff. Disappointing Jimmy John's. Disappointing. 128d793

Dear John Doe,

Not all of us are made of money. When you order something, pay for it, you expect to get what you ordered. If taking food orders or making deliveries is hard for Americans or is the "way America should be, and used to be," then we are in a world of trouble. Something as easy as bringing drinks or correcting mistakes is apparently a challenge for this Jimmie John's location.

Jimmy johns doesn't compare to any other fast food/ restaurant I've have ever been to. It's different in the fact that it makes sense. What the average American expects is to get their food, and the business they demand their food from is expected to drop everything, the customer is everything, purpose of our work not a distraction blah blah blah, right? Yet Jimmy Johns is friendly to customers, the employees always greet customers, yet I see cashiers at gas stations, and old grouchy ladies in the deli section at a grocery store that are have no respect for you and treat you like ***. So when I see people like you complain about businesses that treat others with respect I believe that you should open up those eyes to see what's really going on in the world. So, about that free pop you wanted, why would you want that when it's not bottled, it would be flat by the time you drink your first one, plus can't your lazy *** get a refill, like I said wake up your dealing with the way America should be, and used to be, you like are food? Great, keep buying it, you expect to get free food because all the foreign restaurants are giving it away, your SOL my friend.
