my daughter lives above the store and jake the gm says its policy of corporate to play music at 40 decibals regardless of who it affects. i called and mat was nice enough to agree to turn it down. i called back and isaac answered layed the phone down and said hey mat that *** hole jeffrey greiner is on the phone again. jake has no control of isaac and has no interest in being a friendly neighbor. clearly jake is purposely trying to push butoons and wants to be ignore how what his store does affects others. jake has been quoted as saying we can play music at 40 decibals and no one can stop us. 128d73e

You may want to check your Daughter's lease, because I believe that in most leases, there is a clause about, "The Covenant of Peace and Enjoyment". JJ's may be in violation of the lease by playing music too loud. I am an audio engineer, and their claim that policy states 40 db. Well first of all, audio equipment doesnt have how many DBs are being played unless you have the expensive amplifiers. Secondly, I have been in a few JJ's where the music is SO LOUD, you cant hear each other, and then they get your order wrong. I would definately research if this becomes a legal issue.

Comments on isaac at jj's high st wv called me an *** hole
